Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Basics
- 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition (“fresh off the runway” perfection)
- Original packaging: Please use the original packaging or similar protective packaging
How to Return or Exchange
Our return process is smoother than our buttery-soft leggings:

- Pack It Up: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Send to: Wild Fable Returns, 3582 Meadow Lane, San Jose, US 95131
- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Options
- Standard Return: Use any carrier (customer pays return shipping)
- Exchange Only: We’ll cover shipping for your replacement item
Refund Information
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
